How to set up email templates as Automatic Emails

There are several places inside the IDA program that you can use email templates the first is in the automated email section of the program. You can get there buy by clicking on the IDA icon in the upper left hand corner of the application then by clicking on “options” and then “Automated Email”.

 



The “Automated Emails” screen pops up and then you need to click on “New”.


For this demonstration we are going to setup the first automated email that the potential client will get after a lead comes in to the IDA system from a lead provider.


 
Then I pulled down where it says “--Select On--” and selected “Intro 1” and clicked on “Replace”.
