Voice Connect Call Log Statuses
The call log in the Voice Connect Settings has a status. Here the list of different status and what they mean.
  • Unknown - the state between telling the system to place a phone call and phone call being communicated to our servers
  • Draft - In progress of being created and approved on the server (most likely will never see this as it happens in less than a second)
  • Approved - calls will begin once the Call time scheduled arrives
  • InProgress - calls are currently being made
  • Completed - all calls for this Call have been marked completed
  • Paused - call was paused/stopped a Call that was In-Progress (manual action)
  • Aborted - Call was killed/cancelled while in the progress of making calls (manual action)
