The call log in the Voice Connect Settings has a status. Here the list of different status and what they mean.
- Unknown - the state between telling the system to place a phone call and phone call being communicated to our servers
- Draft - In progress of being created and approved on the server (most likely will never see this as it happens in less than a second)
- Approved - calls will begin once the Call time scheduled arrives
- InProgress - calls are currently being made
- Completed - all calls for this Call have been marked completed
- Paused - call was paused/stopped a Call that was In-Progress (manual action)
- Aborted - Call was killed/cancelled while in the progress of making calls (manual action)
