The last place you can use a template is in side of each lead in the communication history tab. This can be done by picking the lead that you want to send an email to and double clicking on the lead to open it.

Then go to the “Communication History” tab and click “Add Email”

The “New Outgoing Email” dialog box pops up.

Then pull down where it says “--Select On--” in this case “Thank you” was selected, click on “Replace”. This is how you use Email Templates in I.D.A.
